Where can I find my booking code?
Your booking code is an alphanumeric code (for example: AB12CD) that you receive in the confirmation email after completing your booking. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us by email or through our WhatsApp channel.
What details can I change?
You can change your name, email, phone, address and notes. If your transfer is from the airport, you can also update the flight number. For transfers to the airport, you can change the pickup time as long as it is more than 24 hours before the service.
Can I change the date or destination?
Changes to the date, destination, number of passengers or vehicle type require our team's assistance. Contact us through our contact page or by email and we will help you manage the change.
Are there any additional charges for changes?
No, corrections to personal details, address, flight number and pickup time are completely free. Additional charges only apply for changes that affect the service price (vehicle upgrade, additional passengers, etc.).
How do I know my changes have been saved?
You will see a confirmation on screen and receive an email with the details of the changes made. Our operations team is also automatically notified to ensure everything is up to date.
