Where can I find my booking code?
Your booking code is an alphanumeric code (e.g. AB12CD) sent in the confirmation email after making your reservation. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or write to us at info@cabbik.com.
What details can I change?
You can change your name, email, phone, address and notes. If your transfer is from the airport, you can also update the flight number. For transfers to the airport, you can change the pickup time as long as it is more than 24 hours before the service.
