We know that arriving at an airport can be stressful. That's why we have designed a clear process to make your experience perfect from the very first moment.
➡️ For your Standard Service (Taxi / Van):
1️⃣ Find us in the Terminal
When you exit baggage claim (you will see Gate 4), walk to your right to Column 1. Our desk is located there, where you will see your name waiting on our digital welcome screen.
2️⃣ Welcome and Departure
Our team will welcome you and manage your booking on the spot. After a brief operational wait (usually around 5-10 min), a guide will personally escort you to your vehicle.
⭐ If you have booked our Black Service (Meet & Greet VIP):
You have chosen the experience of maximum exclusivity and comfort. Your welcome is completely personal.
Your personal chauffeur will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at our VIP Meeting Point (located in front of the desk, at Gate 1). He is your only point of contact and will guide you directly to your high-end Mercedes for an immediate departure.
