Frequently asked questions about our prices
Does the price include all costs?
Yes. The price shown on the prices page includes the driver, VAT, tolls (if any) and the standard waiting time at the airport (45 minutes for Official Taxi and 60 minutes for larger vehicles). You only pay extra if you explicitly add options when booking, such as additional stops, bicycles, golf bags, pets, etc.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If it is delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time and your driver will wait for you during the included courtesy period. We only apply extra charges if the delay results in a substantially longer waiting time or a significant change in the scheduled time.
Do prices change depending on season or time of day?
Our prices take into account the season and peak-demand times, but you will always see the exact amount before confirming your booking. No surprise surcharges on arrival.
How much luggage can I bring?
As a reference, each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one standard hand luggage item. If you are travelling with special luggage (bicycles, golf bags, sports equipment, etc.), we recommend adding the corresponding extra during the booking process to ensure there is enough space in the vehicle.
Can I book one-way or return transfers?
You can book either a one-way transfer or a return transfer in a single booking. If you already know your dates, it is convenient to have both transfers confirmed in advance so everything is organised before you travel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, via secure payment gateways. Payment is made online at the time of booking. If you need an invoice, you can request it from the confirmation email.
What if I need to change my booking?
You can change the date, time or destination of your booking using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting our customer service team. Changes are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email with your confirmation, a summary of the service and all the information you need for the day of your transfer. If required, our customer service team can help you with any changes.

At Cabbik we believe in clear, transparent pricing with no surprises. This is how the amount for your transfer is calculated:
Price per journey and per vehicle
You will always see a fixed price per journey and per vehicle (not per person). This makes it easy to compare between Official Taxi, Comfort 7 and minibus depending on your group size.
Destination and distance
The price is based on the route between Palma Airport and the destination area you select. For each municipality we define prices according to distance and estimated travel time.
Season and demand
Our systems take into account the season (high, mid, low) and peak-demand time slots to adjust prices, but the exact amount is always shown before you complete your booking.
Optional extras
Additional stops, bicycles, golf bags, pets or special services are added as optional extras. You decide what you need and the price is updated in real time.
